Role overview

A 5-star resort in Paphos is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee guest experience across rooms, F&B and events.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day resort operations across departments
Drive guest-satisfaction and quality standards
Manage seasonal recruitment and rota planning
Own departmental budgets and cost control

Requirements

5+ years in 4/5-star hotel operations, 2+ at management level
Strong leadership across multicultural teams
Fluent English; additional languages an advantage
