The Site is operated by Kypravo HR & Workforce Consulting Ltd., a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 456789, registered office at 34 Arch. Makarios III Avenue, 4th Floor, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus, VAT number CY 10456789Q, and licensed Private Employment Agency under Licence No. Pending — to be issued by the Department of Labour.
3. Use of the Site
The Site and its content are provided for general information about Kypravo's recruitment, staffing, and HR consulting services, for browsing job vacancies, and for submitting enquiries, vacancies, and job applications. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
4. No fees to candidates
In accordance with the Private Employment Agencies Law, Kypravo does not charge job-seeking candidates any fee for registration, CV submission, interview coordination, or placement. Any request purporting to be from Kypravo asking a candidate for payment should be treated as fraudulent and reported to info@kypravo.com.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Kypravo name and mark, is the property of Kypravo HR & Workforce Consulting Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by Cyprus and EU intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written consent.
6. No guarantee of placement
Submitting a CV or vacancy through the Site does not guarantee a job offer, a successful placement, or the availability of any vacancy. Kypravo exercises professional judgement in assessing candidates and vacancies in accordance with its obligations as a licensed Private Employment Agency.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Cyprus law, Kypravo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
